HOW TO GET STARTED?
For a price quote we require a sample and/or engineering drawing.
WHAT IF WE DON'T HAVE ENGINEERING DRAWINGS?
World Industrial Products will produce engineering drawings of your product, which you would review and approve before any tooling would begin.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BUILD TOOLING?
An average of 45 days, depending on the process.
WHAT IS THE STANDARD LEAD-TIME FOR PRODUCTS APPROVED FOR PRODUCTION?
Eight to nine weeks from placement of your purchase order.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A QUOTE?
Within 7-10 days.
WHAT IF WE DON'T NEED ALL THE MATERIAL AT ONE TIME? CAN WE PLACE AN ORDER TO BE SHIPPED OVER AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME?
Certainly, we will work off of blanket orders with scheduled releases. This is the ideal way to secure pricing for an extended period of time.
WHAT ARE THE MINIMUM QUANTITIES?
World Industrial Products will tailor a program to suit your particular needs.
HOW MUCH WILL BE CHARGED FOR SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS DUTIES?
All freight and duties are prepaid to our Miami warehouse.
WHAT TYPE OF ENGINEERING SUPPORT DOES WORLD INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS PROVIDE?
Each process factory provides on-site manufacturing and engineering support. We also provide manufacturing engineering support to design engineers.
HOW DOES WORLD INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS ASSURE THE QUALITY OF OUR PARTS?
Our view of quality begins with the engineering drawing, to the letter. This is our first step in assuring consistent quality. Process control at the factory level and final inspection after production and receiving. A certificate of compliance is available upon request.
WILL WORLD INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS PROVIDE US WITH REFERENCES?
They are always available upon request.
